1. The NGO you donate to receives 93% of your donation amount. 7% is a donation to Bangalore Cares towards providing the platform. The donor gets an 80G receipt from Bangalore Cares for the total amount donated.
2. Bangalore Cares does not have Foreign Contributions Regulations Act (FCRA) registration yet. Therefore Foreign Nationals (even if they are PIO / OCI card holders) should not make any donations online on this website, please contact us for assistance. However, we can accept donations from non-resident Indians, holding a valid Indian passport. 
3. If your donation transaction is successful, you receive an email acknowledgement of the same from Bangalore Cares. You also an get e-receipt - the 50% tax exemption receipt U/S 80G for your tax purposes. However, in case you donate to an NGO having 35AC, i.e., 100% tax exemption, then you will receive the tax exemption receipt directly from the NGO after the event post-processing. 
4. Refunds are not permitted. Please ensure you fill up the donation amount with due care, and verify all fields before proceeding for payment. 
5. We accept all Visa and Master cards, Indian and International. Note that debit cards will work only if your issuing bank has enabled acceptance of the debit card on the internet.
6. Credit / Debit card information is provided by you only on the secure payment gateway and we (Bangalore Cares) do not collect this information.
7. We accept payment through Internet Banking for Axis Bank account holders only.
